  • my thoughts exactly

i'm not sure that most people understand how long the democrats have been trying to keep regulation away from freddie mac and fannie mae.

i guess no one is perfect

what does this prove? there are two men running for president. one of them has been in washington longer than i have been alive. the other has been there for four years, and is already capable of the same scandalous behavior. there is no candidate that represents your values, nor is there someone who is really looking out for you.

if we can learn anything from this current congress, it is to not trust the campaign that promises to bring change to washington. they have accomplished nothing, just as obama will accomplish nothing.

the day that mccain stands up for conservative values, is the day that someone tells him what conservatism means.

we do not want the IRS taking money from our paychecks.

    /end rant

    /join sanity

i feel like the stereotypes from the office are a little too over-played.

played, and played, and played out.

  • Good juxtaposition.

The office is worth as much as a bag of smashed asses.

  • not only do we not want the irs taking money from our paychecks,,, we want walstreet to crash,,, altho we dont know it,,,

i know it,, i finally figured it out,,,

it seems strange,,, and math not being my strongest point,,,, wallythemerchant told me,,, probably several times,,, in masked words,,, when walstreet drops, the dollar raises in value,,,

i of course just like most people blew it off as hogwash.

coming home from piedras negras,,, (i have an advantage here,,, the value of the dollar is posted on almost every street corner) i freaked out to see my purchase power rose almost a full 10% over the last time i looked.

when i got home and ran up my email,,, (i have several news alerts on my email) i saw the 700 bil was shot down,, and walstreet dropped i think 600 points...

    go figure,,,

i of course besides rooting for these losers to melt into the dust from which they came,,,, walstreet follows,,, then maybe we can get something done.

maybe thats over the top,,, hahahahahaha,,, i dunno,,, i need to check the current wheat prices,,, thats what i need to do.

that's interesting, but i'm pretty sure that the value of the dollar is still dropping. it could just be that the value of the peso is declining. a lot of countries' economies are falling faster than our own.

i remember it being 1 to 9 the last time i was in mexico.

  • yea,, hahahaha,,, the peso has been known to drop,,, its not just this time,,, but every time,, usually a few centavos,,,

you didnt say how long ago that was,,, it really hasnt been below 10 to 1 for several,,, 3 or 4 years i think,,, i think at one time maybe last year,,, it hit ll to l maybe,,,then dropped to below 10 in recent days,,, with this mess it started climbing tho,,, and yesterday it jumped to a couple of centavos (which dont really count as money) short of ll...

which means for every $3.50 i change to pesos,,, i get a free soda pop,,, hey,, if i drank soda pop,,, id be in hog heaven,,,, (i normally buy pesos at about $500 a transaction,,, thats a lot of soda....

  • about,,, what,,, ll or 12 years ago,,, the peso was at 7000 to one,,, hahahahahahahaha,,, they reprinted their money,, made the new peso,, and knocked 3 zeros off the figure,,, something the us needs to think about.
